Sig-Mag actuator for micro-robot
This is an electro-magnetic actuator with six concetractor coils designed for wireleslly micro-robots control. The 2D actuation method for microrobots uses a stationary concentrator coils system.
The six-mag coils system actuates the microrobot by controlling the magnitude and direction of the external magnetic flux. The actuation of the microrobot consists of controlable magnetic flux for a desired axis direction and motion of the microrobot by non-contact electromagnetic actuation.
